Suricata trashcan icon for interface mapping delete has no effect
Added by Max Leighton over 3 years ago.
Updated over 3 years ago.
Affected Architecture:
All
Description
The GUI offers two ways to delete an interface mapping on the Interfaces tab of Suricata.
Clicking the trashcan icon in the Actions column will bring up an alert asking the user to confirm whether to delete the interface, but clicking OK just causes the page to reload and the interface mapping will still exist. Selecting the interface with the checkbox and clicking the Delete button beneath the main table will successfully remove the interface mapping.

Attempting to delete interfaces using the trashcan icon produces system logs:

The interfaces are not actually removed. The services are not stopped.
