Description

On the first boot after install the console shows:

Welcome to Netgate pfSense Plus 23.01-DEVELOPMENT...

No core dumps found.

This only shows on first boot after installing and does not appear to be detrimental to anything.

Tested: 23.01.a.20221205.0600 aarch64 and amd64

The PHP has to be initialized before calling pfSense-upgrade in the first boot.

Fixed in 3f97a8052c5767bfb7e20d1b896ccaeb375a33d0
