Saving an existing certificate authority creates a duplicate

Description
Steps to reproduce on version 24.08.a.20240624.0600
On version 24.03 this is not a problem.
1) Create two certificates with similar Descriptive Names - Example Test and test
2) The CNs are similar but not the same as well - Test and test
3) Rename one of the certificates so the Descriptive Name is exactly the same for both - Example Test and Test
This will create GUI duplicates each time you try to change the name of any of both certificates.

The patch fixes the issue.
I tested the patch against:24.08-DEVELOPMENT (amd64)
built on Tue Jun 25 6:00:00 UTC 2024
FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT
It can be merged in the next build.

Tested this in the latest 24.08 build. No longer able to recreate this issue. Seems Resolved.

Patch also removed the duplicate certs previously created.
Seems fixed.
