Description

Installing or upgrading FRR from the CLI hangs indefinitely when FRR is enabled and configured.

At some point during the reinstall process, the FRR daemons are (re)started in a way that is not fully executing in the background, and they leave the process stuck. Even if you ^C out of the installation, pkg remains running.
